A full house for the Cayucos Candidate Forum

There were plenty of candidate forums this campaign season, including one just down the road in Morro Bay. Ours was the only one where every question focused on Cayucos.

The turnout told us something. Residents came out in numbers we didn’t expect, and the room was standing room only. People want information that is specific to this town, and they want to hear directly from the people who will be making decisions about it.

Thank you to everyone who came, asked questions, and stayed to talk afterward. That forum is a big part of why Preserve Cayucos exists in the form it does today.
